Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a secure shipping label.

Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping box with all original certifications.

Shipment
Drop off the package at an authorized carrier location. All returns must be fully insured and require a signature.

Inspection & Refund
Once received, our jewelers will inspect the piece for wear. Approved returns are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
